Before you proceed with deleting your QPay account, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- Resolve any pending issues, disputes, or complaints related to your account.
- Ensure there are no pending “Cash by Code” or utility payments to be completed.
- Clear all outstanding balances or refunds in your account.
- Confirm that your identity / verification documents (e.g. NID, KYC) are up to date, and there are no regulatory or compliance holds.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please download any transaction history or important data before proceeding.
Important Warnings
Please be aware that deleting your QPay account will result in the permanent loss of the following data:
Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered. This action is irreversible.
